Smart PC Utilities Cancellation and Refund Policy
Smart PC Utilities appreciates every customer and strives to provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
To ensure that all customers have sufficient time to evaluate whether the purchased product or service meets their requirements, Smart PC Utilities offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.
We accept refund, return, or exchange requests up to 30 days from the date of placing the order. We may extend this period for some exceptional cases and products.
Please provide your order number to expedite the refund process. We will examine your request within two business days and we will inform you of the results via email.
If you opt to pay by check or money order, you may cancel your order prior to making the payment or we will cancel your order if we do not receive the payment within 30 days.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day you placed the order.
To request a refund on a subscription and/or solution you purchased from a physical bricks-and-mortar store or any other reseller, rather than directly from us, please contact the reseller regarding its cancellation and refund policy and any request for a refund. We do not grant refunds on those purchases.
If the refund request is granted, payments are refunded as follows:
- Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days;
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Upon approval of the refund request, the corresponding license will be deactivated and the product license may have to be revoked manually by you prior to the completion of the refund process.
If you do not submit the refund request within the product’s specified money-back-guarantee period, no refund will be issued.
